Before entering the fashion world, Penny Vomva studied Business Administration in Genève and then fashion design and pattern cutting in Veloudakis School in Athens, Greece. Since then, she created three successful collections under the brand name Penny’s Rags, so to launch in June 2010, her own label-brand and atelier ‘RIEN by Penny Vomva’ – as the next level of fashion creativity. The brand’s philosophy and motto is that “you don’t have to put an effort to be in fashion”. Elegance and femininity comes from within, while accessories and clothes will help you to create your unique style and statement in fashion. In addition to that each item/garment of every collection reflects the combination of four things: fashionable but timelessdesign, well-made patterns, selection of the best fabrics and materials and last but not least careful watch of every step of hand-made production. RIEN collections are inspired by theatrical, ballet and volume elements, rock music and antique chic elements.
